    • Early is on time
    • On time is late
    • Late is unacceptable
  • Become intimately familiar with our Rules & Regulations
  • Do not let other staff or instructors influence your employment
    • In other words, follow our protocol…not what other staff or instructors say
  • NEVER call a family and ask them to come in at a different time UNLESS you received this instruction directly from management
  • NEVER change a client’s lesson time UNLESS first discussed with management
  • Document ALL client phone calls in JackRabbit
  • Document ALL cancelled or no show lessons in JackRabbit
  • Cleanliness is next to godliness! Always be on the lookout to ensure that the facility is clean.
